What are the best aspects of this product?

I can now create a project with proofs and briefs. This helped me stay focused and be on schedule. I can also use it for invoicing as well as forecasting the sales. It was able to help our agency accomplish a lot in a shorter amount of time.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It takes time to learn and navigate all its features if you are a new user, but once you get a hang of it, it is very easy to use. I also don't have much to dislike about it as I think it helped our agency in a lot of ways.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We now have a centralized platform where we can access past projects and manage new projects. This helped improve the overall efficiency of our agency.
