What are the best aspects of this product?

We are able to keep an eye on our entire business through one platform.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The Workmajig team is always pushing the product to be better, which is great. If there are bugs, they get fixed in a reasonable time period. I would say our biggest complaint is that there is a rather steep learning curve when new people need to work in the system to get what they are looking for.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

I would hope to see an even more streamlined version where permissions and levels are easier to manage who sees and has access to what information. All functionality upgraded to the platinum beta version.
