What are the best aspects of this product?

The software's interface is really simple, straightforward, and not confusing. It's so easy on the eyes, unlike other HR apps. The best part of the software for me is its time and payment tracking.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The system crashed a few times and their customer support isn't that helpful.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We can now accurately track the work hours of our employees and check it vis-a-vis their paychecks. My team really finds it convenient that we can do this in a single app.
