I love that Workday has regular updates which makes it more optimized for modern use. I love how it organizes all our HR tasks.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Given that there are many updates, some of it are confusing for non-experts and might take some time to get used to. Good thing Workday has experts that are reachable when needed.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

All its features bundled up together in a single app is really useful for the employees. It makes everything easier.
