What are the best aspects of this product?

Workday feels great, the dashboard has icons that are helpful for navigating the system like vacation time, directory, etc. We can submit time-off requests by clicking on dates. Also, it integrates perfectly with our email accounts and it provides us with notirfications and reminders directly in our inbox.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It can be really frustrating when it comes to revising or cancelling vacation, and sometimes it shows wrong details so it can be really difficult to understand what requests I’ve submitted and what I’ve corrected.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps us to manage vacation/time-off requests and employee goal submissions. We can submit things for review before making final submission. It provides us with automated email notificatons and reminders
