What are the best aspects of this product?
Workday HCM is an improvement to the old Workday platform! This is an all-in-one software where we can do every HR-related task such as training, onboarding, payroll, benefits... all you can think of, it's there! I also love the mobile app because it allows me to access the software anytime, anywhere.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It doesn't have a feature where it allows us to process the payments to our employees. We have to use other software for this. Some features are also limited to only a few users.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It made our HR team more efficient. Looking for employee records was also made convenient by Workday HCM.
