What are the best aspects of this product?

I like Workday’s Interface because it is clear and simple. I can easily find what I need. I personally like the interactive org chart feature because it lets me see employee’s place withing the organization, who else works on their team. The system is simple and easy to use.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It lacks some search functionaluty. Most commonly searched items are first and last names.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps us to simplify our communication within the organization, to provide access to our employees and access to org charts so they can find the right contact. We don’t have to contact HR or directory in order to find out with whom I should talk to.
