This is great HR solution

What are the best aspects of this product?

Workday HR software is easy to use and most of all you can easily navigate it. The UI is perfect, the layout is intuitive. I haven’t tried other competitive products and I cannot really compare Workday with other solutions.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

They could add more options for customization. Also, there are features that I use constantly and I like them to be more open instead of searching or navigate to them or they could add shortcut button at least. In addition, they could add more governance over specific aspects, like job titles.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps me to set my personal and work goals, to organize chart and to navigate my our comapny’s achievemnts. I also use it to keep track of our employees and their statuses.
