What are the best aspects of this product?

One of the most difficult things within an organization is the communication with HR department. This system provides place where we can find information about our benefits, review my pay, read performance reviews, request days-off, personal information, update benefits and etc. The system is easy to navigate and it is straightforward.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We don’t use all options that Workday system offers. But what I don’t like is that I can only request one day off at a time and if I want to request several days off I have to request each one individually.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I don’t have to ask HR department for more information about my status, I can use Workday in order to access the information i need. I don’t have to wait for days in order to get the information and I can work with my managers on other important questions.
