What are the best aspects of this product?

I like the design of Workday software. I like that I have one place with all HR data inside. I can easily find information and to present it in most understandable manner. It allows me to have all informaton at my fingertips.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It can be complicated to navigate all possible places in order to find the information and this means that I have to search for few minutes so I can find something that I need. They could improve the search engine of the software so we can easily find the information we need.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We used other software but Workday offers everything we need. We can go to one central location and find all information we need. It helps us to reduce stress from HR to get answers for all the questions that people have.
