What are the best aspects of this product?

With Workday there are lot of things you can do when it comes to HR management such as: time tracking, expenses, time-off tracking and other things. It is great tool for managing everything. With this tool mileage and expense tracking are extremely easy. This software allows us to track our staff consistently and it does great job.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Sometimes UI can get frustrating and I feel that features are hidden but on the other side, the product is extremely helpful and robust. The performance Review UI can be tedios and clunky from time to time.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Workday helps us to track time, expenses, to better manage the perfromances and etc. The mobile app is extremely helpful to tracking expenses, it helps our people to get paid faster and to better organizr all our expenses.
