What are the best aspects of this product?
WORKetc is the most comprehensive SaaS tool I've used for managing operations of my digital services firm across the globe. It has all the things I need from CRM to Accounting and Support all under one interface, with mobile apps so I can work from the field as well as from my office.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I encountered a bit of a learning and configuration curve when I started, but that speaks to its power and flexibility. Problem is, there are no basic defaults to use as guide which means that it takes time to learn this software, while you encounter things that hard to determine if they were bugs or not.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It has helped automate much of my business so I can focus more on customer service. With this single solution, I don't need integrated multiple login systems for various operations, thanks to its scope, scale and depth. The value is huge to me and my organization to work cohesively.
