Pros:
I like WORKetc's automation and that every department head can access all the phases of a project easily and with comfort.

Cons:
Nothing to dislike about it. I believe that if you use WORKetc properly, you can take full advantage of creating a wonderful customer experience for your customers.

Pros:
WORKetc is very easy to use and lets you do many things in one software, like project management and CRM. I also like being able to transfer emails from Outlook to WORKetc thanks to the add-in feature. It helps keep track of the messages and others in the company can see the discussion without flooding their mailboxes.

Cons:
Some features could be added like a tab about suppliers where we could create request for quotation. Also, it would be nice to be able to create forecast reports.
