What are the best aspects of this product?
I really like the fact that WORKetc is more than just a CRM system to keep all of our contacts in one place. We use it for everything from building our sales leads to the backstage process for each of our services and engagements. Everything is able to connect with each other and everyone can access all of the information from one location. It's also been great at improving our communication in the office, all in one place.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Random bugs that occur can really throw off your work and process. Though thesupport team is good about getting them fixed pretty quickly, they still happen enough to get you frustrated. I also don't like that sometimes updates take place during our work hours, causing the system to slow down or be inaccessible.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Company communication is improved. Everyone knows what is happening in all stages of our process, and they know where to find the answer. Also, you're able to clone a project which means all the beginning work we did when we first started with the system pays off by cloning those to our current and future projects and not have to build the same thing out over and over and over.
