What are the best aspects of this product?

This is an easy to use but powerful project management platform with a great time tracking feature. Authorized people can easily open projects, and see the amount of time spent on each one. It is seamless to locate projects through a dependable numbering feature as well.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The platform can become too clunky when there are too many projects on the dashboard. We do not think it is an actual problem with the tool, however, since it is about the quantity of workloads it handles.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This is our favorite time tracking solution. A big help for project management as well, since it lifts huge management burdens off our shoulders.
