What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I feel the reporting feature lacks many options, such as better capacities of digging through data, as well as tweaking filters while keeping other parts of a report. We can’t churn out a personalized report from an old one too, regardless of its report type. Also, we cannot directly sync the cost section of a report to the purchase order, or instantly connect an invoice copy to the cost. These are important because cost needs to be highly accurate in our construction project all the time.
