What are the best aspects of this product?
We have customized the platform so it would suit our company and processes perfectly, and we love the results because it follows our project management tasks in detail. It seamlessly syncs with other useful tools, and it lets us handle reporting without hassles. This helps us accurately calculate all company expenses such as payroll and travel costs. It really meets our demands, which is a great help for completing all our tasks.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
We experience some difficulties with the platform such as when setting up and while on actual use, so we hope comprehensive guide videos and articles would become available. The “To-Do” section of a task cannot accommodate projects with lengthy instructions, thus we need to note it directly under a task. Clients are confused when they receive emails from us too since the project numbers are included on the subject line of each email. This is why I need to forward emails, instead of directly sending them to clients. It also needs improvements when talking about iPad usability, and pop-out features fail every now and then. Moreover, we’ve ended up doing some tweaks with the setup after the initial installation.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
WorkflowMax is useful for managing year-long activities, setting up internal projects, preparing tax returns, as well as for processing expenses. It has convenient live alerts that help in calculating deadlines and performances. And I can easily handle all of these through this one tool.
