PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

I am happy that I could access Kronos anywhere because it is web-based, It is also very easy to use for employees. They can even access it on their phones so changing shifts and viewing their schedules can be accomplished easily. They can request days off using the application by simply filling out a form and we can approve it readily.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The ticketing system for inquiries can be quite inefficient. At times, they take longer hours to respond and even have different individuals to answer it. I suggest having a single person assigned to a ticket. I also hope their support team could work with clients from the start as adding new features every time we find something missing is very inefficient on our side.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Employees can now access their data. This lessens our work as they don't ask us as many questions anymore. The reports are also very helpful in tracking and analyzing the data we have. But like I've mentioned before, Kronos still have things to improve like the ticketing system and the process their technical team assists us. By solving this, I think Kronos will be able to help us more and ease our day to day struggles as HR.
