What are the best aspects of this product?
I like Workfront because of its usability and UI, it makes everything simple and easy. It doesn’t require multiple steps to do something. It is configurable tool and we can leverage the functionality and use the product in various ways so it can be useful to every department. The product can be used by almost everyone, it doesn’t require management skills or have special certifications or some extensive trainings so they can use the product.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The only dislike I have about it is that we are not satisfied with the account reps because every 6 months we have new rep and we struggle of working with someone new because we is not familiar with our business and our goals and needs. On the other side, we are using this product since 2009 and we haven’t run into major issue with this system, the tech support team is wonderful.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It helps us to manage our portfolio of projects, to manage operations, to track time and to do some daily operations. Other departments are using this system to create reports on the projects they manage and each department is using the product for various purposes.
