What are the best aspects of this product?
I love that Workfront is easy to use. I can create custom forms and fields that help me to track important metrics. We have used the app to develop a thorough workflow that extends from client request for scoping to post-project reporting. To top it all, the vendor offers top rate customer support.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The one feature I would like to see improved is reporting using charts. Currently, I export reports to Excel to generate the charts I need.

Workfront offers many benefits. It has immensely improved visibility into project progress across teams. Plus, the app enables centralized document storage and communication which has boosted efficiency. Finally, post-project reporting is assisting us to refine processes.
