What are the best aspects of this product?

I think the best part about Workfront is the vendor is constantly improving the product. I really like the regular updates they send informing users about the improvements.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

However, the constant changes can also have a detrimental effect. Sometimes, a change made to the product can affect a feature that we use a lot.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Before using Workfront, we did not have any app for project management, and could not update others on project details and progress. Plus, those working on repeat projects did not have access to historical data which could be useful. Workfront has brought in transparency and accountability into our processes. Now, we have up-to-date info on project timelines and know who is responsible for each task within a project. Plus, the system offers instant reports that provide insight on our project performance.
