What are the best aspects of this product?

Workfront has two calendar view, it allows you to keep track of your tasks and to change the order on priority or due date. You can check calendar view in order to see the upcoming weeks. And what’s more, this system makes everything well-organized and under control.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

If I want to upload a document I have to click few times, they could make it more simple.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We are using it for our team project management, even the marketing team creates tickets, assigns to use and sends completed tickets to the next team. We can track our performances and keep track of the assignments. Also, we can always go back and see what we have completed in the last period.
