What are the best aspects of this product?
All our projects are going through Workfront. I like the reporting features and dashboards. It allows us to pull data and to better organize our projects, tasks and work hours. It offers great training programs and you can even take advantage of their online classes. I like their live classes because whenever I have some question I can jump on a class and ask for their assitance.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There are limitations with the support tools for maintaining customer escalations.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We tried 4 different systems for managing projects, tasks, time tracking, etc but we haven’t met solution like Workfront before. It saves us lot of time and storage and we can use custom data for tracking information. It is great tool for project management departments and marketing departments.
