What are the best aspects of this product?

This software for streamlining communication, real-time reports, quality control and automated issue tracking features. We can integrate it with other systems like development and financial systems, to increase our connected solutions and to provide benefits to future phases.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We had some issues with Workfron and we needed some additional options so it can meet all our needs and they work on providing us with what we need, also they keep the on going collaboration with our agency.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It saves us huge amount of time and money as well. It helps us to increase individual’s weekly services by up to 70% and we managed to increase on-time delivery rate up 90%. We added 2 strategic roles without spending too much money. It helps us to save 45hrs on a weekly basis by reducing project and status update meetings. We also get real-time reporting and accelerated onboarding up to 3 months.
