What are the best aspects of this product?
With Workfront we can organize our entire foundation, we can filter requests and get information of how many requests each department is getting. We can assign tasks and requests so we don’t have to send it via emails and to comunicate through emails back and forth. We use emails for outside support instead of as a tool for internal communications.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Sometimes we lost requests in the shuffle and forget to update some tasks. At the beginning I couldn’t understand how this tool worked but once I learned it I cannot imagine my workday without it.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Before using Workfront we couldn’t organize our projects, and we didn’t know the owners and everything was chaos. As soon as we implemented Workfront we were able to organize our entire workflow to keep track of those who assign tasks, of those who are working on the tasks, to keep track on time and etc.
