What are the best aspects of this product?

Workfront offers task-level and project-level views of a company’s entire work. The user interface is intuitive and simple to use. The tech support is top notch. You can use the dashboard views and reporting to learn about progress against goals. We have used Workfront to track and organize workflows for thousands of projects and it is a much better alternative to Microsoft Access for this task.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Right now, employees have to use formal comments to communicate with each other. Instead, I wish there was a live chat feature for employees to chat with each other.

We use Workfront to ensure compliance, assign tasks, and manage workflow.
