What are the best aspects of this product?

I like the fact that Workfront offers integrated views of all active projects. This makes it easy to see available resources and is more effective than holding meetings for the purpose.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Beginners can find it difficult to learn to use the software. Because of this, employees who are merely reviewing, approving, or submitting requests do not like the extra work needed to learn to use the system.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Before Workfront, we did not have a global view of projects in our business unit. This resulted in over-allocation of resources. With Workfront, we can predict when projects would be completed based on resource availability.
