I appreciate that Workfront has improved project flow and communication, and offers a high level of visibility into projects across our non-profit organization.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Different units in our organizations use different instances of Workfront which do not communicate with each other. We would gain a lot if they could. To be fair, we know the vendor is working to facilitate this.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Our organization works on thousands of projects at any time. Before using Workfront, our teams were using multiple methods and apps to manage projects. With Workfront, everyone uses the same system which gives us insight into the whole project. Because of this, our processes and handoffs have improved. Finally, the system offers a flexible API which enables smooth integration with other business apps.
