What are the best aspects of this product?
I’m using Workfront on a daily basis, it is reliable product and it offers great features. Our project management team uses the product to assign due dates, collaborating on tasks, they can keep track of time. It allows us to view reports and to see how much time specific task took so we can manage other operations efficiently. We get notification when our co-worker tagged us or when pending task becomes available.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I get too much email notifications so I had to set up a filter on Outlook in order to move lot of Workfront emails to a folder so I can keep my inbox organized and clean.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
I cannot imagine working without this tool, because it helps us to keep track of time, of needed projects and tasks. With this tool our business runs smoothly and efficiently.
