WorkFusion Review

PROS: Compared to other RPA solutions our team have tried and assessed, this one got the most user-friendly Actions Library and User Interface. The user interface is pretty robust, allowing us to build RPA solutions to all the existing problems that the team faces. The RPA Express’s ability to evolve and scale up to NLP, ML, AI as your organization requires is also fine. It shows a vivid path for profit and the entire AI or RPA journey.

CONS: There are things I want to do that the app does not allow. It’s quite frustrating but at the same time understandable. At the end, the activities it does not permit are also for the good of the user.

PROS: It is pretty easy to use. You don’t need to have an in-depth knowledge about coding in order to get started with this tool. For us, having this tool is like a having our wish granted. We’ve been looking for a tool for automating various tasks for a while now and we’re glad to come across this product. It’s been a great help.

CONS: We expected the OCR processing to be fast but unfortunately, it took more time to read information from images or PDF resources than we had originally expected. It’s slow when the machine has low memory. It just speeds up when we give the machine more memory so I guess it would be our solution for now.

PROS: It can be used to automate business processes free of charge. And despite being free, it is performing pretty good and got awesome customer support.

CONS: It is generally easy to use for those with IT background but for those with no knowledge in the field yet, it could be challenging to use some of the solution’s functionality. And it is a good thing that the WorkFusion Studio got the function the Action Library against MS Excel and Outlook.

PROS: First, there are lots of resources available so it’s pretty easy to use and master the tool. We’re able to find our way around this tool with ease, thanks to its great knowledge base, well-developed and comprehensible training course, and an active forum where we can get helpful tips and guides. Next, availability of predefined actions. The set of predefined actions are enough to automate your processes without having to code. Lastly, the platform is constantly improving. They are making the solution better, simplify functionalities, and add new capabilities that let you do more things.

CONS: Sometimes, when we robotize a huge number of actions within one script, a lot of screenshots and variables occur. It’s hard to work with them because there’s no way to group or manage them.

PROS: We are able to operate the system in no time. No complex procedures involve so it’s pretty easy to use even for a novice operator. The screen capture tool is also nice.

CONS: Segregated duties or the advanced user roles are not as definable as I expected. So it’s a bit hard to integrate into bigger organizations that require segregated roles or duties.

PROS: It’s a very user friendly tool, making it a good choice when starting the implementation of rule-based automation. The 30-day free trial offer is very useful. We’re able to learn how to use the tool and check its capabilities before making a purchase. It’s pretty helpful in deciding whether it meets your need or not and whether to buy the product or not.

CONS: The number of activities you can do as well as the integrations available in RPA express is pretty limited.

PROS: Workfusion’s RPA Express is our company’s go-to-solution for RPA. It is user friendly, it is easy to understand how the solution works even without going through training, and it works pretty well. The administration console will likely fascinate you. On top of that, this tool supports cloud which is a big advantage for businesses that are moving to cloud in order to save money and effort.

CONS: A bit disappointed with OCR. It does not work as expected. They should improvise this across all their RPA Tools. Other than that, the solution is great.

PROS: First, we are able to perform OCR with so much ease. The results are also pretty accurate. Second, it has well-designed error handling components. Third, it supports ML and AI functionalities via WorkFusion SPA, making it possible to automate any business processes with intelligence and accuracy. Lastly, they provide very elaborate online training course so we were able to get started with the system easily and quickly.

CONS: The number of functionalities available in RPA Express is lesser than the other tools. Another thing, there is no inbuilt integration with other 3rd party apps.

PROS: For me, the main advantages of this solution include ease of use, speed, access to different capabilities, and great customer support. We didn’t spend much time or effort learning how the tool works and how to maximize its value. The available guides, forum and other knowledge base have helped a lot. We are able to focus on providing additional value to the customers instead of doing monotonous tasks. It has also somehow helped in understanding and figuring out the underlying challenges. And whenever a problem arise, it is pretty easy to reach out to the customer support team for assistance. I think this tool offers all the benefits you can get from RPA. But if you are planning for a company-wide deployment, I suggest you move to SPA or Smart Process Automation instead of the free version.

CONS: Built-in integration with some third party applications is not available. The OCR needs to be improved because it takes time to read data and does not function as expected. Also, the response time of their customer support can be sometimes slow probably just because they’re busy.

PROS: It is very easy to use and there are lots of resources or guides available that helped me understand how the solution works and how to get started. I go through the videos available and they are definitely helpful.

CONS: I cannot store image as variable. The search is not present for the Action Library Window. Lastly, it’s OCR is pretty slow.

PROS: Been using this tool for about two months now and by far the functionalities available are great. I showed one of the automation features to my staff and they already love it!

CONS: Sometimes, the system slows down when I run this tool. But I’m not sure if this is a problem with the solution or just a problem on my end. Generally, there’s no major issue or anything that I can consider a drawback of utilizing this tool.

PROS: I think the best perk of using this solution is the wide array of available functionalities. It offers more capabilities in addition to the basic ones such as the natural language processes as well as facilities for reading unstructured data.

CONS: Writing customized code is quite complicated. The same thing goes with license management and credential manager. Also, I find the community help less than some tools in the same category.

PROS: The availability of a wide range of helpful and nice features. It also offers really good online courses and documentation. The OCR, unlike what other reviewers are saying, is actually good. On top of that, I can access ML and AI capabilities, which are some of today’s emerging techs, from the WorkFusion SPA.

CONS: There are activities that are not allowed or are blocked by the application. But hopefully, there’s still a way to do them.

PROS: It’s simple and easy to use even for novices. They provide online training to guide new users. And despite being free, it offers reasonable number of helpful capabilities that experienced users would be happy to have. I also find its OCR pretty nice. For ML and AI capabilities just get the WorkFusion SPA.

CONS: The number of activities that can be done using this tool is quite limited compared to most of RPA tools. Also, you can only use the tool for free within thirty days.
