PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

The availability of a wide range of helpful and nice features. It also offers really good online courses and documentation. The OCR, unlike what other reviewers are saying, is actually good. On top of that, I can access ML and AI capabilities, which are some of today’s emerging techs, from the WorkFusion SPA.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are activities that are not allowed or are blocked by the application. But hopefully, there’s still a way to do them.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We’ve used this solution to automate the procure-to-pay procedure which involves extracting payment and invoice data from several systems such as CRM, ERP, and even from banks. It’s pretty effective. We have also automated the customer boarding as well as mass email generation and payroll automation. Things have been way easier than before. And by automating the said processes (and more), we are able to concentrate on more important tasks.
