What are the best aspects of this product?
For me, the main advantages of this solution include ease of use, speed, access to different capabilities, and great customer support. We didn’t spend much time or effort learning how the tool works and how to maximize its value. The available guides, forum and other knowledge base have helped a lot. We are able to focus on providing additional value to the customers instead of doing monotonous tasks. It has also somehow helped in understanding and figuring out the underlying challenges. And whenever a problem arise, it is pretty easy to reach out to the customer support team for assistance.
I think this tool offers all the benefits you can get from RPA. But if you are planning for a company-wide deployment, I suggest you move to SPA or Smart Process Automation instead of the free version.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Built-in integration with some third party applications is not available. The OCR needs to be improved because it takes time to read data and does not function as expected. Also, the response time of their customer support can be sometimes slow probably just because they’re busy.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We are using this tool to automate our backend processes and it’s pretty efficient. The cost of our daily operation has significantly reduced. No need to pay for the tool (the free version is sure valuable for small to medium scale businesses with no enough resources to pay for RPA). Above all, some processes such as downloading data can be completed even without us monitoring the process.
