PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

First, we are able to perform OCR with so much ease. The results are also pretty accurate. Second, it has well-designed error handling components. Third, it supports ML and AI functionalities via WorkFusion SPA, making it possible to automate any business processes with intelligence and accuracy. Lastly, they provide very elaborate online training course so we were able to get started with the system easily and quickly.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The number of functionalities available in RPA Express is lesser than the other tools. Another thing, there is no inbuilt integration with other 3rd party apps.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It lightens the load of our staff. Among the processes we’ve automated using this tool includes invoice processing, ticket creation, and web form filling. We leave to it the process of extracting data from PDF and storing it in the database, reading data from MS Excel and creating tickets, as well as extracting staff information from excel and onboarding it to a web app. It has saved us time and effort.
