What are the best aspects of this product?

It’s a very user friendly tool, making it a good choice when starting the implementation of rule-based automation. The 30-day free trial offer is very useful. We’re able to learn how to use the tool and check its capabilities before making a purchase. It’s pretty helpful in deciding whether it meets your need or not and whether to buy the product or not.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The number of activities you can do as well as the integrations available in RPA express is pretty limited.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We don’t need to manually enter same sales data in our accounting and CRM systems anymore. The bots do the tasks for us. It’s the one updating the accounting records, preparing and delivering invoices to the right email account. It is also helping us with bank statement reconciliation. It is now the one that extract data from the bank statements and compare them against the business records. The only problem we have now is when the bank makes changes in their website.
