What are the best aspects of this product?

It looks like the typical FB app that we use; that's why it's easy to introduce this platform to our group without any complaints. I like that we can open multiple chat groups that allow us to talk about separate work and non-work topics. It means that employees can still joke around with each other without affecting their work.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I already turned off the notifications on the app's settings, but I'm still getting one, which I find very distracting. I always keep my phone in silent mode so that I won't be bothered with any noise when I'm working on something urgent.

We have minimized our downtime moments with the staff. Instead of having small chats in the break room, employees can now be more productive. Yes, they can still talk, but they can use their chat room instead of talking about fun stuff. By doing this, everyone from our team is allowed to know each other personally so they can be more comfortable with working together and sharing ideas.
