What are the best aspects of this product?

Workplace by Facebook is an ideal platform for companies with a large number of employees and many offices. It keeps everyone connected through messenger, which helps strengthen relationships and building networks.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Adding a photo album for our events and parties are not permitted by the app. It’s better if they could give us this option so I can tag employees, and they can save photos or forward it to their accounts as a form of remembrance.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It solves the problem of employees who are not that responsive on emails and personal chat messages. With Workplace, I can address multiple issues via group chats, so I know if a particular person has read the message or not.
