What are the best aspects of this product?
It is super easy to use if you're a Facebook user, to begin with. It promotes engagement with our team members. The collaboration was improved. The integrations improve the experience even better.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Some things that need improvement are: (1) the interface of the web version and (2) the storage space/size of the mobile app.

It provides us a convenient way to share resources, media, events, etc., to our team.
