What are the best aspects of this product?

I love this platform because we get to share ideas with our co-workers in a fun and engaging way. It has all the essential features Facebook has.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I hope they would soon add integrations to allow users to edit documents within the platform.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Because it is the same interface as Facebook, we could save a lot of time that is supposed to be allotted for training to use new and unfamiliar internal communication software.
