Great internal communication tool!

What are the best aspects of this product?

It is very similar to the interface and functions of Facebook, except that it's more restrictive. That makes it easier for users familiar with Facebook to get used to it. It allows us to post announcements, send messages privately, organize members per department, and get notified of updates.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I hope we could improve the filtering system for the posts and limit access to other members so irrelevant topics can be avoided.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It definitely improves the way we do things in our workplace. The chat allows us to stay connected with our teammates. We can do tons of activities together, such as polling and other collaborative tasks.
