What are the best aspects of this product?

Using Facebook Workplace has been an amazing experience for all of us in the office. We love the fact that the tools keep every single team member of what’s going on in the workplace. You can quickly designate specific tasks, send reminders or start a conversation with any team members. You can provide updates, and everyone will be able to read it as soon as they go online. Another thing I like about this app is its familiarity to users. We didn’t have any issues transitioning to FB Workplace because almost everybody knows how it works.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

FB Workplace is an awesome app that keeps any team together. But one of the main issues that I have observed is its inability to keep track of ongoing or pending tasks. I have to resort to creating a separate tracker for this one and set alarms to make sure that no deadlines would be missed. FB Workplace should take this opportunity to improve its features, so more companies would prefer using this app.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

One of the features that I can maximize using this app is chat and video conversations among my team members. I like that I can add every person involved in each project and discuss our progress and action plans on a day to day basis. I can store documents, reports, and spreadsheets into the app, making it easier to locate and retrieve on my end. Now there is no reason for my team and me to experience lapses in communication since FB Workplace is there to help us.
