I love that it has both a mobile app and desktop software. It's accessible regardless if I'm in the office or not. I also love the features such as video/audio calls, chats, and document sharing. You can also browse chat history. It's a great way to communicate with your workmates.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The notification for unread messages is kind of annoying because it keeps on popping up until I read it.
