What are the best aspects of this product?

Very easy to use for work purposes because its a lot similar to my FB account.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I prefer a different format or structure and more functionality, at least. I use Facebook when necessary, but I am not fond of it.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I'd instead use Workplace by FB for messaging and communication purposes because it's easier to see who's online or not. Also, most people respond faster using this method as compared to SMS or e-mails.
