What are the best aspects of this product?

I am lucky to be using this platform because it gives me an edge to keep in touch with my co-workers, managers, and external clients. It makes it easier for me to finish my weekly tasks and deliverables because I can always reach out to other people to help me answer some questions and resolve some issues. Using Workplace by Facebook also allows me to build better relationships with the people from work so I can establish trust and camaraderie.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I do not recommend storing and sharing documents or case files because, since its a social media platform, there is a possibility that breaches can be incurred. If this happens, the business's integrity may be compromised, which is something that I do not want to happen. If they could come up with better anti-hacking measures, that would be the only time for me to feel confident with file sharing.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I do not have to spend hours sending email updates to each of my teams. With Workplace by Facebook, it is now possible to distribute information in a few minutes, which is ideal for my busy schedule. The cool thing about this app is that I can schedule my online posts during the weekends so that it would automatically show on the main page during the workweek. I can work on my tasks, and I also feel confident that my team can perform theirs without the need to micromanage them.
