What are the best aspects of this product?

My team and I spent a lot of time looking for tools that could ease our communication issues. We tried several products in the market that offers chat messaging and calls as well, but all of them failed to meet our expectation. The good thing is that we found out that Facebook is offering a separate platform that is meant for businesses only. We were all happy when we started using Workplace by FB because it gave us all the functionality that we need to keep others involved with what’s going on within the company. It allows us to post updates, performance data, announce promotions, and award our peers for their hard work and loyalty. It is also possible to send each other individual and group messages, make and receive calls, and use the video call app for team meetings. I can say that using this app to its full potential will help every department reach and exceed their goals. We decided to get an annual subscription and continue to renew it so we can enjoy all the benefits that Workplace by Facebook can offer.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I cannot use this app to send reminders for future meetings. I still have to shift to outlook to send the individual invites to ensure that all attendees would be able to make it on time.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I love that majority of our people are highly motivated to come to work every day and do their job proactively. This app is something that we should use as often as possible to keep everyone updated.
