What are the best aspects of this product?

It has so many great features and it allows us to connect with our employees easily. The built-in chat feature keeps us connected regardless of the device that we're using. I also love the interface because it's super user-friendly.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The frequent audio issues should be fixed soon. The notifications can also be improved. I am also not sure about how secured our privacy is.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Collaborating with other employees is easier now. It also helps keep everyone updated and on the same page.
