What are the best aspects of this product?

It is essentially Facebook with more strict privacy settings, so it is relatively easy to use.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

This is best for large companies. We weren't able to utilize it entirely with my small company.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It created a virtual work environment for us to share our work-related thoughts.
