Two thumbs up for Workplace for its collaborative features.

What are the best aspects of this product?

We had no issues dealing with the application right from the very start because everyone knows what Facebook is all about and how it works. The Workplace version is just meant for businesses and companies that would like to strengthen their collaborative efforts between their employees, clients, and 3rd party partners.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I love everything about Workplace by FB. It is something that I find useful for my day to day job.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It gives me a better opportunity to connect with everyone within the company. It's video features are useful for training sessions and open table discussions with our clients and vendors.
