What are the best aspects of this product?

I can easily see posts from department heads regarding updates on our company. The posts are screened thoroughly to ensure that all content is professionally presented to all team members. Plus, it so easy to use because everyone is quite familiar with how the platform works.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I don't have many friends except for my boss and colleagues. You'd have limited interaction if you belong in a small-sized organization.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Its easier to plan team buildings and lunch outs with my colleagues using Workplace by Facebook. We can easily message each other for updates and plan things ahead of time.
