What are the best aspects of this product?

I didn’t have a difficult time transitioning to this platform because it works the same way as my regular Facebook account. I like the idea that Workplace works because it always finds a way to improve our user experience every time that we are logged into the platform. Our learning team utilizes this platform to share materials and information that would enhance our skill set and see if we are growing within the company.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The app itself lacks the option to have it customized or personalized. The admin of this account mentioned that he could not do a lot of things to change the interface except change the profile picture from time to time.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We are a relatively large company with more than a thousand people on board. We need this platform to ensure that we’d be able to get hold of everyone in the company.
