Working using Facebook as a platform is a smart idea.

What are the best aspects of this product?

At first, I wasn't sure about using the Workplace by Facebook for work purposes because I honestly don't know how it works. But then I watched some online videos I discovered that its a lot similar to my personal Facebook account only upgraded in some ways. So I decided to push for this app, which made it easier for me to communicate with my team wherever I may be. I can use this whenever I work from home, which keeps me productive even if I am away from my desk. My employees told me that they prefer using this app because it makes them feel less stressed because of their user-friendly layout. Most of them can come up with better ideas for our projects while logging into Workplace by Facebook.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The developers of this app would need to step up their game. In terms of functionality and features, I think FB is doing well, but there is nothing out of the ordinary. Some companies with the same platform can offer something different for a much friendly price.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Using this platform makes it easier for me to spread information or work updates to my colleagues. All you need to do is upload a post, and everyone will be notified in a matter of seconds. It also helps us keep our employees in check during office hours. We are more confident that most of them are doing their best to become productive and finish all the tasks at hand.
